The world of nutrition and health seems increasingly complicated these days, with large amounts of often conflicting information at everyone’s fingertips. We all want to eat healthily, especially with the current global situation, but when everybody seems to think they are an expert, finding information we can trust has become a huge challenge. To make things worse, translating that information into realistic, practical tips and food we really want to eat is often even harder.

To make things easier, our experts are offering practical, 1-2 hour live sessions on hot nutrition topics, designed to provide clear, easy to understand information from qualified professionals*, alongside tips and recipes from experienced chefs. Along the way, a number of nutrition myths will be busted, and some seemingly complex areas made simple, accessible and relevant to everyone. As well as learning about the science of food, there will be cookery demonstrations, question and answer sessions, and plenty of recipes to try at home. From quick, simple lunches for one, delicious family dinners and tips for improving your favourite recipes, our training covers everything people might need to improve their dietary health.

We also provide access to a wide range of online video content on similar topics, all created by our experienced team of nutritionists, dietitians and chefs. Sign up to one of our programmes and you will get access to experienced professionals, who can provide answers to any nutrition or culinary questions you might have. And as the world begins to open up again, we will be offering live demonstrations and tastings in workplaces, for a truly fun and interactive experience.
